"Life is our teachable moment."

Born 1954, ours was a middle class home with a machinist father, bookkeeper mother, an older brother and two younger sisters. The end of the baby-boom meant black and white TV, exploring creeks, model building, and telling stories. I could draw before I could write so the pictures illustrated my ideas. Over the years writing became easier, but the joy of storytelling faded until an awful story spurred me to pickup writing again while juggling marriage, work, my two children (now in their twenties) and my many other projects.

My stories evolve around places with Sci-Fi situations and Sci-Fi elements that focus on people and how their life unfolds. Because: "Life is our teachable moment."
